제목 Synthesis and Photophysical Properties of Lysosome-targeting Porphyrin-based Fluorescent Probes
초록 Recently, lysosome-targeting fluorescent probes have attracted much attentions for cancer diagnosis and treatment, because lysosome acts an important role in cell apoptosis and death. We designed and synthesized cholesterol and diethylamine substituted porphyrin derivatives as fluorescent probe for lysosome-targeting. All compounds were fully characterized MALDI-TOF-MS and 1H-NMR measurements. We report the optical properties using UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence emission together with electrochemical properties. Finally, the reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation properties were analyzed using comparative molecules.
