제목 The Mannosylated Drug-loaded Solid Lipid Nanoparticles Delivery for Lung Disease Treatment
초록 Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) infection has the potential to increase the risk of lung cancer. Currently, a combination of various antibiotics is administered. For lung cancer treatment, anticancer drugs like Paclitaxel and Docetaxel are in use. However, most conventional free drugs faced several problems such as high drug resistance and low bioavailability. In order to solve these problems, drug delivery technologies using nanocarriers have attracted attention for the successful delivery. Especially, lipid nanoparticle delivery systems can be designed to improve the body distribution and target delivery of therapeutic agents, which results in decreased side effects and/or increased drug efficacy. For examples, solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) can protect the incorporated drug and enhance stability for sustained release. Targeted drug delivery is also possible by modifying the surface of the particles. In this study, rifampicin and curcumin loaded solid lipid nanoparticles were prepared to enhance transfer for lung disease treatment. Also, we tried to improved target delivery and curative effect by modifying the SLNs with mannose.
