제목 | Electrochemical characteristics of ceramic coated on PET non-woven separators for lithium ion battery |
초록 | lyolefin microporous membranes have been used as major commercial separators for the lithium ion battery. But they also have poor thermal shrinkage and mechanical strength. We develop a new composite separator, which was based on applying the microporous composite coating layers onto both sides of difference PET nonwoven separator. The composite coating layers consist of nanoparticle size alumina(Al2O3) and CMC/PTFE by binder. To investigate the effect of thermal shrinkage and electrochemical performance with composite coating layer of various PET non- woven separator. The experimental and analysis result showed that the ceramic coating PET separator showed a good thermal stability. But kind of PET had shown the difference electrochemical performance. More ceramic coated on PET separator showed more good discharge capacity and cycling properties and gurley value than the bare PET non -woven separator. That was more got the electrolyte and had good porosity. These study that ceramic coating on various PET non- woven separators. These results can be used as application for lithium battery separator. |
