With facing ubiquitous smart-electronics era and increasing demands for environmentally-friend manufacturing environment, importance of electrically conductive paste which is utilized as an electrode material for a various electronic devices. Here, we demonstrated a low-temperature processable, high-adhesion, and highly-durable conductive paste by using catechol lipid-based bio-resin collected from lacquer trees as an eco-friend binder material. The urushiol-containing natural lacquer facilitates room-temperature crosslinking of the paste, dispersing the Ag fillers with low percolation thresholds, as well as highly dense stacking of the silver fillers. The electrode patterns based on the conducting paste exhibit a low electrical resistivity (4.4 × 105 Ω cm) and multi-durability including the excellent mechanical hardness, anti-scratchability, high chemical resistance, as well as long-term environmental stability of the conductive films. |
