제목 Fabrication of the CZTSSe solar cell from compound precursor
초록 Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS), Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe) and the sulfo-selenide Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) thin films are the most promising photovoltaic absorber to replace CIGS, because it is comprised of abundant and inexpensive elements, and have a very high absorption coefficient of over 104 cm−1 with a direct bandgap energy of 1.5 eV. The CZTSSe thin films are grown by different techniques such as sputtering and solution process. More or less similar techniques are employed to grow CZTSSe thin films. All the grown metal or compound stacks are sulfurized or selenizied under S or Se atmosphere to obtain high quality thin films for solar cell application. In this study, we report on CZTS films grown by sputtering using Cu, SnS, and ZnS targets and subsequent sulfo-selenization. We found the optimal annealing process and investigated their electrical characteristics.
