초록 |
The aim of this research is to prevent and minimize the innumerable kinds of both Human Errors and Accidents/Incidents that could be diversely occurred in the Complex Chemical Plants. The direct and contributing causes on these fields of occurrences are basically originated from poor technical decision-making, lack of expertise and action on the unfeelingness of Engineering Philosophy, etc. And also these accidents/incidents are exactly occurred from various errors unsafely acted by the organized members. These risks caused by the following activities: poor decision-making, negligence of sustainability on both class-technical education and field training, poor technical knowledge, violation of manual rules etc. by these members are gradually accumulated in managing of their plants. These accumulated latent risks are finally not only linked to the accidents/incidents by these related conditions, but also called disasters. So it is necessary to reveal the above-mentioned activities. Accordingly, this research will analyze contributing causes of those risks and show solutions of the above causes. |
