제목 | Metal Organic Framework Derived Self Organized Conducting Buffer layer for High Performance Fe2O3 @ CuxO Li-ion Battery |
초록 | Iron oxide has a high theoretical capacity and is cheap compared to other transition metal oxides, so it is in the spotlight as a anode material. However, iron oxide has inherently low conductivity and is limited in its use as a material for fast charging/discharging batteries. One of the leading causes of capacity loss is increased charge transport resistance due to structural destruction. In order to overcome this loss of capacity, metal-organic structures, which are porous nanostructures containing metal oxide nanoparticles in organic networks, are attracting attention. In this study, Fe-MOF was deposited on a Cu electrode without additives by electrophoresis deposition(EPD) and oxidized together to form iron oxide, and at the same time, an anode was fabricated with copper oxide oxidized from the Cu electrode. Fe-MOF derived Fe2O3@CuxO multi phase system battery show a high performance as 400mAh/g even at 10C-rate after 160 cycles. |
