제목 Cationic thermal polymerization of glass cloth reinforced polymer film based on hybrid epoxy resin for flexible substrate
초록 As a part of flexible display, the great attention has been focused on a flexible substrate because it is a key element to determine the processability, and reliability of flexible display. Glass cloth reinforced polymer(GCRP) composite films for flexible displays can be strongly recommended. To improve thermal property, glass cloth reinforcement and organic-inorganic hybrid epoxy polymer with excellent heat resistance and chemical stability resulted from the siloxane bond were prepared in a variety of mixing ratios to obtain the excellent optical property of GCRP composite film. As a result of heat treatment, uncured matrix resin was minimized and the optical property of composite film was enhanced and the excellent thermal stability at the high temperature was obtained.
