제목 Flexible and Stretchable Skin Sensor Constituting GSH Sensitive Carbon Dots with Real-Time Monitoring of Pressure Strain Response in Cancer Condition
초록 Asoft hydrogel skin sensor is fabricated from a polydopamine loaded glutathionesensitive carbon dot (PDA/CD) loaded conductive hydrogel which shows unique pressureand strain responsiveness under cancer condition. Thecarbon dot plays a key role towards CD44 receptor selectivity which is vitalfor the strain-pressure response as well as its self-healing behavior. In thereductive-oxidative environment of cancer cells the polydopamine from thecarbon dots are released which helps in tuning the conductivity of the hydrogelskin sensor. The preference of the sensor towards cancer cells leads to adifferentiated higher pressure and strain electrical signal compared to normalcells which can be applied to real time wireless sensing at the same time. Thispaves the way for an easy and simplified cancer detection procedure allowingfor prompt diagnosis.
