제목 Solution-processed electron transport material based on Bay-Annulated Indigo for organic photovoltaic devices
초록 The most critical factor of an organic electronic material for displays is that it should contain sufficiently high conductivity, charge mobility to achieve the excellent performance of the device. The organic electronic materials of indigo derivatives has recently been developed to overcome such disadvantages. Indigo is in the form a natural state and has a trans-planar molecular structure due to a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond between 3-oxyindole units that are linked by double bonds in a centrally symmetrical form. In this study, we designed, synthesized indigo-based small molecule using these characteristics of indigo. Also a alcohol group, 2-ethylhexyl group were combined with a side chain to offer amphiphilic properties and improve low solubility of indigo. Thus, the synthesized indigo-based material was investigated optical, electrochemical and surface properties.
