제목 Optimization of fabricating condition for anode by the design of experiment in high temperature Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell
초록 The anode of HT-PEMFC makes hydrogen oxidation reaction while prevents outflow of phosphoric acid (PA) as proton conductor. In this study, 0.2mg/cm2 of Pt and PTFE is applied as binder to prevent leak of PA on gas diffusion electrode (GDE). PTFE contents in catalyst layer and heat treatment temperature are compared to find the optimum fabricating condition applying DOE. As a result, the optimum point that has 16.4wt% of PFFE and heat treatment at 307℃ shows 0.636V at 0.2A/cm2 with 0.2mg/cm2 of Pt loading which provide the higher performance than commercial anode GDE.
