Structure and properties of biocompatible polycaprolactone based porous semi-interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) for biomedical application |
초록 |
Shape memory polymeric materials are widely studied and used for biomedical applications given their stimulus responded shape memory behavior and good physical properties. Innoself from TMDLAB is a kind of PCL based copolymer, which has various advantages such as good physical properties, low toxicity, and thermally triggered shape memory behavior that responds to human body temperature. Due to these advantages, Innoself is researched and developed to medical devices such as vascular graft(Innoself-V), lacrimal duct stent(Innoself-G), glaucoma drainage devices(Innoself-D). In this work, we prepared porous semi-interpenetration polymer networks(semi-IPN) comprised of crosslinked Innoself network and PCL. The influence of ratio of PCL and Innoself on structure and mechanical properties were investigated. In addition, thermally triggered shape memory behavior of Innoself based semi-IPN was also confirmed. |
