Basically, a rational design of doping methodology can be required for implementing high-performances in the field of organic sensory systems because physical, optical, chemical and mechanical characteristics of semiconducting polymer films are very sensitively affected by doped state. Herein, we present a novel methodology capable of endowing an efficient doped level of semiconducting polymers embedded into the interpenetrated polymer networks (IPNs) through functional organosilane molecules. In particular, this doped state could be effectively controlled via solution-processed chemisorption of organosilane molecules. Also, we found that doped films displayed chemically and physically resistance unlike neat films that are easily dissolved into conventional organic solvents as well as rapidly etched under O2 gas. We believe that novel doping methodology proposed by us will be open up a lot of applications as well as flexible sensory systems in the soft electronics. |
