제목 Developmentof pore-filled anion-exchange membrane according to characteristics ofsubstrate for anion exchange membrane fuel cell​
초록 Anion exchange membrane fuel cell (AEMFC) employing anion-exchange membranes (AEMs) as a fuel barrier have attracted significant attention as promising alternative energy sources. However, the lack of high performance AEMs has restricted the commercialization of the AEMFCs system. A pore-filled ion-exchange membrane (PFIEM) is known to possess extraordinary properties such as physical and chemical stabilities. The most important effect on the basic membrane characteristics of the PFIEM is the most important property of the ionomer to be filled. These characteristics have a major impact on the performance of the AEMFCs because it affects the properties of the IEM. In this work, the PFAEMs were successfully fabricated by combining a highly porous polyethylene (PE) film and cationic polyelectrolytes with structurally stable anion-exchange sites (i.e. poly(PPO-DMAEMA). The prepared PFAEMs showed excellent electrochemical characteristics and stabilities.​
