Multiplex detection technologies of proteins are powerful way to understand the interaction between protein and protein. For efficiency and convenience, we used spectrally embedded beads to perform the detection method. nevertheless, high efficiency detection of embedded bead is challenging because of binding labeled secondary protein and target protein. In our previous study, polydiacetylene coated surface-enhanced Raman scattering-embedded beads (PDA–SERS beads) were developed and produced an enhanced encoding capacity because of their SERS properties and detection without label using PDA layer. In this research, we introduced PDA–SERS beads conjugated biotin for detecting target protein model (streptavidin) in the PDA-SERS bead system. PDA–SERS beads immobilized with biotin show high fluorescence intensity by increasing streptavidin concentrations. |
