제목 Graphene oxide multilayer films for supercapacitor electrodes
초록 Graphene-based nanomaterials have been widely used as electrode materials for supercapacitors due to high electrical conductivity and high surface area. In order to improve the performance of the supercapacitor using graphene materials, it is important to maximize the accessible surface area. In this work, we increased the surface area by formation of nano-wrinkle of graphene oxide using Langmuir-schaefer technique and also simply fabricated to hybrid monolayer of GO monolayer and single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). We were able to control their morphological structures, namely, crumple of the GO and orientation of the SWNTs. From the atomic force microscopy results we found that both large crumpled structures (ranged from 35 to 65nm in height) and small wrinkled structures (ranged from 1 to 10nm in height) coexicted. The electrochemical performances were obtained excellent rate capability (78.4% retention a 1 Ag-1).
