In microscopic scale, electroluminescence and current flow of the organic light emitting diode depend on the interaction of intermolecular charge conduction. Electron and hole have strong temperature dependency to transmit through the matter and the interface. In Monte-Carlo method, 1015 carriers are injected by three injection scenarios of thermal emission, direct tunneling, thermally assisted tunneling. Conduction by the injection-transport model is dominated by inner-field distribution and characteristic thickness. Light emitting rate in the emission layer is calculated by charge concentration at the single end of emission layer. Also, effective mobility extraction method with characteristic injection depth is introduce. |
