Tuning the size of Au nanoparticles during atmospheric plasma assisted synthesis and their application in perovskite solar cells |
초록 |
The development of cheap and sustainable synthesis methods of gold nanoparticles (NPs) are of great importance due to their wide use for diverse applications including catalysis, sensing, plasmonic antennas, and many other. In this work the facile protocol for synthesis of gold nanoparticles using atmospheric dry plasma reduction has been developed. The highlight of this work is the possibility to adjust average size of the synthesized NPs via variation in synthesis parameters. First, by adjusting pH of the precursor solution and Ar plasma power during reduction the particle size could be increased more than three-fold from 6 nm to 20 nm. Synthesized nanoparticles were applied to improve the optoelectronic properties of electron transporting layer in perovskite solar cell (PSC). Firstly the desired morphology of Au NPs was obtained using Finite-difference time-domain simulation and the respective nanoparticles were synthesized. At last Au NPs were applied to PSCs and due to improved light harvesting the efficiency has increased on over 10%. |
