제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of Three-Copolymer Solar Cells Containing Quinacridone-Acceptor units for Polymer Solar Cells. |
초록 | Solar cells based on conjugated polymeric materials have recently received considerable attention due to their low-cost solution fabrication process, light weight, large area and flexible panels. We introduce nanowires or nanofibres made by quinacridone derivative with high length/diameter aspect ratio to increase fill factor(FF), short circuit current(Jsc). We synthesized new low band gap copolymers by Suzuki coupling reaction. So, We investigated physical, optical, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties. |
