제목 A Cross-linked hyaluronic acid based in-vitro tumor cell culture system
초록 This study is to develop macroporous hydrogel film of three-dimensional (3D) networks. We synthesized hydrogel films by cross-linking of vinyl group modified HA (AC-HA) and acrylate group end-modified Pluronic F127 (Plu-DA), forming the porous three-dimensional network structure. The cross-linking ratio of hydrogel increased with cross-linking time. The mean thickness of hydrogel film was < 2 mm and was colorless and transparent. SEM images showed that structure of film was the porous three-dimensional network structure. The pore size of film was also decrease by increase the crosslink time. Cancer cells were successfully grown in the hydrogel system with low toxicity. The results from our studies are useful to develop a high throughput in vitro tumor model to study the effect of various anticancer agents and various molecular pathways.
