Advanced optical imaging techniquesdeveloped over the last decade have enabled to provide high sensitivity, high resolution,and non-invasive biological information. Here, we introduce novel label-freeand multi-scale tissue imaging modality based on endogenous contrast. OCM isthe one of potential technique to build anatomy of tissues with multi-scale,and it has unique features such as its simplicity, efficiency, robustness, andhigh-throughput capabilities over the conventional optical imaging techniques.This presentation covers the latest work of large-scale tissue imaging usingOCM as well as QPI, and its potential in bio-applications. Specifically, thetalk will highlight label-free optical imaging modalities in vivo and exvivo for skin research including portable handheld imaging system andquantitative skin analysis using deep learning. |
