Electric performance of PMMA copolymers as the gate insulator in organic thin film transistors |
| 초록 |
The interaction between the polymer gate insulator and the organic semiconductor (pentacene) plays an important role in the morphology of the organic semiconductor and consequently in the carrier transport. In this study, various poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) copolymers were synthesized and their electrical properties were evaluated. Organic field effect transistors (OFETs) were fabricated with these dielectric polymers and their performance was investigated and discussed. |
