Recently there has been considerable interest in flexible displays as the next generation display. As a part of flexible display, great attention has been focused on a flexible substrate because it has a key element to determine the processability, reliability and product cost of the flexible display. Glass cloth reinforced polymer(GCRP) composite substrates for flexible displays can be strongly recommended. In this study, fluorene acrylate - methacyl polyhedral oligomeric silsequioxane(POSS) hybrid polymers were prepared in a variety of mixing ratios to obtain excellent optical property of GCRP composite film. And the matching ratio of refractive index between matrix resin and glass cloth was found to have excellent optical property. The curing degree of matrix resin was characterized by using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and the coefficients of thermal expansion(CTEs) of GCRPs were observed by thermomechanical analysis(TMA). |
