제목 Investigation of reliability degradation of composite material by molecular weight analysis
초록 The polymers have been applied to the electronics industry, and reliability improvement activities are continuously carried out to maintain excellent product performance. In order to improve the performance, it is essential to investigate the cause of the decrease in reliability. For this purpose, the element analysis and the composition analysis of the polymer are mainly performed. The molecular weight affects the thermodynamic properties, viscosity, toughness and elasticity of the polymer material. So the change of the molecular weight is closely related to the reliability of the material. In this study, the molecular weight of the material was evaluated using the GPC system for investigate the cause of the decrease in reliability. The nylon which affects the reliability degradation by reaction with moisture in organic / inorganic hybrid polymer complex was extracted using the difference in solubility. The molecular weight change of the nylon material was analyzed.
