제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Peptide-based Triblock Copolymers
초록 Polymeric carriers are potentially viable as vessels for both the protection and transportion on medicinal substances. In an effort to generate such polymeric materials for the desired application, we present a new set of Poly (ethylene glyol) (PEG)-based ligands as PEGamine. By means of these PEG amine and amino acid N-carboxyanhydrides (NCA), water-soluble triblock poly[amino(4-hydrxyl phenyl) acid]-PEG-poly[amino(4-hydrxyl phenyl) acid] polymer was synthesized, which was characterized using 1H NMR, FTIR and GPC. Interestingly the triblock polymer can self-assembly into spherical micelles with uniform size
