제목 Controlling the Properties of Binder Pitch from Pretreatment of PFO
초록 The experiments were performed at 300~390℃ for three hours for pretreatment reactions and synthesis reactions were performed at 390℃ for three hours. Elemental Analysis, Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry analysis, Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization Time of Flight Mass Spectrometer, Analysis of Saturates, Aromatics, Resins, Asphaltenes, Simulated Distillation analysis were conducted to identify PFO and binder pitches. Thermogravimetric behavior of binder pitches were studied using TGA and softening points. We have investigated effects of pretreatment conditions onto pitch properties; they are reaction temperatures, pressure and oxidative gas rate. Binder pitch properties, such as softening points, Toluene Insoluble and molecular weight, can be controlled by adjusting reaction conditions.
