Gas permeabilty Change of PTFE-coted GDL with Different Concentration of Nano-sized PTFE Solution |
초록 |
In order to maintain efficiency of fuel cell, water management is regaredas acrucial factor to sustain fuel cell performance. Therefore, hydrophobic coating with PTFE is used to achieve water repellent property at GDL.In this study, carbon paper was immersed at different concentrations of nano-sized PTFE coating solution. The amounts of loaded PTFE were measured according to concentration of PTFE solutions, and then,theirgas permeabilities weresystematicallymeasured in order to investigate effectbetween the amount of loaded PTFE at GDL on gas permeability. The more the amount of loaded PTEF at GDL was increased, the more gas permeability was decreased. |
