The UV curable polyurethane diacrylate (PUD) was prepared to transfer the conductive materials to the transparent film. Polycaprolactone diol reacted with isophorone diisocyanate to form polyurethane. To reduce the viscosity, and improve its adhesiveness and optical property of PUD, reactions were performed using reactive acrylates such as 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate and trimethylolpropane triacrylate. The synthesized PUD were compared according to the amounts of reactive acrylate. Dibutyltin dilaurate was used as a catalyst. 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone was used as a photoinitiator. The structure and viscosity of PUD was characterized by using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FT-IR) and viscometer, respectively. The adhesive strength, peel strength, and transparency of PUD according to the content of reactive acrylate were measured. The electrical conductivity of the PC film to which conductive material was transferred was measured to determine. |
