제목 Synthesis of Waterborne Polyurethane dispersion for Retort Packaging Laminate Adhesives
초록 Due to the recentincrease in the delivery industry, the demand for retort packaging materials isalso increasing. And retort packaging containers have been distributed invarious types. However, heat resistance substances can be transferred to foodduring the production and manufacturing of packaging, so standards forpackaging containers are established and managed. In the case of two-componentpolyurethane adhesives used for laminating food packaging films are mixed witha curing agent. If residual solvents remain in the packaging, they cancontaminate to the internal product and be exposed to consumers. This studytried to reduce VOCs generated from existing products through the applicationof eco-friendly PUD materials. High-solid content waterborne polyurethanedispersion were synthesized and studied using hydrophilic polyols andeco-friendly raw materials, and peel test were conducted using al foil, CPR,PET and LLDPE films.
