제목 FAPbI3 and CsPbI3 Perovskite Quantum dot A-site Ion Exchange Mechanism in thin films with and without Voltage
초록 Perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) have confirmed the extensibility of perovskite materials using high colloidal crystallinity, bandgap adjustability, optoelectronics, and surface ligand-driven capabilities throughout the photovoltaic cell. FAPbI3 (FA, Form Amidinium) PQDs is stable, but has a low light emission quantum yield (PLQY), and CsPbI3 PQD had a relatively unstable but high PLQY. Therefore, we changed the composition ratio of the two components to improve stability and high PLQY. In this study, we accessed the effect of the electric field applied to the bilayer of FAPbI3 and CsPbI3 PQDs thin films. We used in-situ. UV-Vis. Absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy tools for monitoring compositional changes. We have demonstrated the effect of the electric field applied to the FAPbI3 and CsPbI3 PQDs bilayers of the A-site cation exchange process.
