제목 Modificationof polyols by propylene glycol modified silane for improving adhesion between 2Kpolyurethane and metal substrate and their properties​
초록 This study focused on the synthesis of propyleneglycol modified silanes (PGMS) via sol-gel process to enhance adhesion between 2K polyurethane and metal substrate. The 2K polyurethane was defined as an adhesive which is consisted of 2 components including polyols and polyisocyanates. After successfully dispersed into polyols, these PGMS were expected to participate in the mixing step of 2K polyurethane, thus leading to the significant improvement of adhesive strength between two abovementioned dissimilar materials. Furthermore, important parameters including reaction duration, reacting ingredients and mixing ratio of PGMS/polyols were varied to investigate their effects onto adhesive strength. The properties of various PGMS such as particle size distribution, degree of condensation, molecular weight, and adhesive strength were characterized by dynamic light scattering test (DLS), 29Si-NMR, MALDI-TOF, and shear strength test.
