제목 Solution-processed metal-oxide dielectrics doped with metal-ion for wearable temperature sensors
초록 Researchers have shown increasing scientific and technological interests in wearable temperature sensors which can monitor body temperature in real-time [1]. Recently, wearable temperature sensors based on solution-processed metal-oxide dielectric films with a high dielectric constant (high-k) have been intensively investigated due to their low voltage operation, large deposition-area and good thermodynamic stability [2]. However, there is still the quality issue of dielectric films fabricated by solution-process technologies, which can affect the sensing performance of temperature sensors [3]. In this presentation, we will demonstrate high-quality metal-oxide dielectrics fabricated by solution-process for high-performance wearable temperature sensors. The introduction of metal-ion doping improved the dielectric characteristics of metal-oxide dielectrics and the sensing performance of wearable temperature sensors. We will also discuss the origin of such advances by investigating the mechanism of metal-ion doping for sol-gel based metal-oxide dielectric films. We believe that this study is expected to significantly contribute to the field of wearable temperature sensors consisting of solution-processed metal-oxide dielectrics.
