제목 The effect of metal electrode on the performance and stability of organic solar cells
초록 Herein, we investigated the effect of metal electrode, gold and silver, on the performance and stability of organic solar cells. Theoretically silver has a favorable position of work function than gold in our device structure which will give us higher open circuit voltage of device than the device with gold electrode. Interestingly, however, we found that there was no significant difference in performance between silver and gold, but there was a significant difference in stability. To understand the effect of metals on PV performance, we studied the morphology changes of organic active layer before/after bias with the analysis method of EIS, GIWAXS and ToF-SIMS etc.
