제목 Structural Versatility of Crystalline-Crystalline, Crystalline-Amorphous,  and Rigid-Flexible Diblock Copolymers in Nanoscale Thin Films
초록 Quantitative synchrotron grazing incidence X-ray scattering analyses were conducted on crystalline-crystalline, crystalline-amorphous, and rigid-flexible diblock copolymers, crystalline-crystalline, and crystalline-amorphous diblock copolymers in nanoscale thin films. The diblock copolymers were found to make very interesting and complex self-assembled nanostructures. These phase-separation induced morphologies were produced in a very smart way, including high cooperation and high selectivity. Detailed structural parameters were determined. The interesting and complex self-assembled nanostructures are discussed with considering phase separation, volume ratio, chain rigidity, crystallization, selectivity, cooperation, and confinement effect.
