Nano-cellulose extracted from seaweed has considered potentially promising core materials in the flexible film, battery, paper and bio-materials because of superior in strength, large surface area high, flexible, biodegradable and crystallinity. Moreover, seaweed biomass has plenty of cellulose contents which compared with wood biomass, and it can be environmentally isolated without alkali treatment which is essential in wood biomass. This research proved a nano-cellulose isolated from seaweed biomass and its application for flexible & biodegradable polymer composite film that can be used as a next-generation core material for a wide industrial field. |
