제목 Silver Nanoparticles-coated Polydopamine-CopperHybrid Nanoflowers as Ultrasensitive SERS Probe for Detection of Thiol-ContainingMolecules​
초록 In this study, Ag-PDA-Cu3(PO4)2NFs were synthesized and demonstrated to serve as an efficient SERS probe fordetection of thiol-containing molecules such as benzenethiol and thiocholine.Ag-PDA-Cu3(PO4)2 NFs were fabricated initiallyby forming PDA-Cu3(PO4)2 NFs through the nucleationof Cu3(PO4)2 on the surface of PDA by theinteraction between Cu2+ and free amine groups of dopamine, followedby the anisotropic growth of Cu3(PO4)2crystals up to flower-like microparticles. The NFs were then incubated withsilver nitrate for in situ reductionto form Ag NPs on the NFs’ surface. The resulting hybrid NFs were demonstratedto act as a SERS probe, detecting thiol-containing molecules sensitively, basedon the successful interaction between Ag NPs and thiol group (S-H) of thetarget molecules. SERS intensities of benzenethiol and thiocholine at variousconcentrations were analyzed, yielding superior limit of detection values of800 and 60 pM, respectively.​
