| 제목 | Rheological and Interfacial Properties of Complexes of Sodium Cocoyl Alaninate with Polyquaternium 10 |
| 초록 | Addition of sodium cocoyl alaninate (SCoA) to aqueous solution of polyquaternium 10 (PQ-10) leads to the spontaneous formation of complexes in a specific concentration range. When ScoA was added to PQ-10 solution, the changes in phase, viscosity and surface tension were examined. The thixotropic and shear thinning behaviors of the SCoA-PQ 10 gel complexes according to molecular weight, charge density, and concentration was also investigated. |
