Biodegradable Polymeric Nanofiber Containing Hemostatic agent as Surgical Sealant and Anti-adhesive for Liver Trauma |
초록 |
Biocompatible nanofiber and scaffolds have been widely researched for biomedical applications. Fabricated of a biodegradable nanofiber was demonstrated as a surgical sealant and anti-adhesive by solution blow spinning. Solution blow spinning is a technique for depositing polymer fibers with promising potential use as a surgical sealant. Characterization of adapt to various surface substrate using commercial airbrush. Solution and deposition conditions of biodegradable polymer nanofibers were optimized and mechanical properties confirmed by dynamic mechanical analysis. Nanofibers degradation degree was monitored of morphology and molecular weight by various conditions in vitro. MTT cell viability assay of human coronary atrial endothelial cells (HCAEC) were performed. Biodegradable nanofiber of animal study demonstrated that the wide potential of this technique across numerous surgical applications, including its use as a surgical sealant, hemostatic, and support for tissue repair. |
