제목 Preparation of biocompatible Acetalated Dextran nanofibers containing CaCO3 via solution blow spinning for hemostatic effect
초록 Hemostasis is essential when bleeding occurs such as surgery and military trauma treatment, and hemostatic is manufactured mainly using substances such as fibrin, collagen, and thrombin. In this study, biocompatible nanofibers that prevent bleeding sites via Solution Blow Spinning were produced with Acetalated Dextran(Ac-DEX). Besides, CaCO3 was contained to send calcium ions, which act as a catalyst for the blood coagulation mechanism the interior of the body, as an effective substance. Morphology of nanofibers was confirmed by using Optical Microscope(OM), Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM) and, Physico-chemical properties were confirmed by using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR), Contact Angle, Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA). Also, biocompatibility and hemostatic effect were tested in animal experiments. Prepared nanofibers were expected that their characteristics can be applied to hemostatic materials.
