제목 | Paper-based microfluidic device for metal ion detection using stamp method |
초록 | Paper-based microfluidic analytical devices(μPADs) have recently been in the spotlight for their varying applicability including point-of-care diganostics and environmental material detection. Here in, a we was fabricate hydrophobic barrier using PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane), a popular polymer in microfluidic research, and μPAD was fabricated at low cost and with a simple procedure through contact printing technology using an acrylic stamp. We optimize the μPAD fabrication by controlling the contacting condition including spin-coating rate, reagent ratio and contacting time. Using this μPAD, we verify metal ion according to concentration through colorimetric analysis and we did a quantitative analysis using Image j. This μPAD can quickly detect heavy metals with low cost and simple method, so it will be useful for point-of-care diganostics and environmental material detection. |
