In organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells (PSCs), regulation of theevaporation kinetics of the perovskite precursor (EKP) during the heattreatment of perovskite films right after spin-coating is critical to final performance.1 Eventhough the optimization of perovskite precursors has been studied in manyreports, the detailed mechanism underlying their effort on the finalperformance is not exposed. Here, we categorized pre-state of perovskite films intosix states depending on perovskite compositions. In these states, only twostates are strongly dependent on EKP. We suggest how to determine whether theused precursor is sensitive to EKP by simply giving a search glace at theircompositions, without thoroughly investigating their optoelectronic properties. This gives us a valuable roadmap for ensuring good reproducibility andperformance of PSCs, minimizing time and costs to find optimum conditions. |
