Research on nanotechnology has been very actively in recent years, So The necessity for one-dimensional nanomaterials is increasing rapidly. The diameter of the nanowire is quite small, with a few nanometers, but it can grow up to tens of microns in length and maintains a stable shape as a one-dimensional material. It shows a big difference from the electrical and mechanical properties of existing three-dimensional materials, and it can show various properties by changing the constituent materials of the nanowires. In this study, nickel was selected among soft magnetic materials with high saturation magnetization. nanowires were prepared through a solution synthesis method, using NiCl2 ·6H2O, NaOH, N2H4·H2O, etc. For comparison, At first no magnetic field is applied then, It changed the shape of the magnetic field and applied during the reaction of the solution. After washing and drying the generated sample, component analysis and microstructure evaluation are performed through XRD and FE-SEM , and Magnetic properties are measured with PPMS equipment. Although the magnetic field of the same intensity, it was confirmed that the roughness of the generated nickel nanowires was different depending on the shape of magnetic field. |
