제목 | Highly Efficient Photoluminescence Quantum Yield byMulti-resonance Blue Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence Emitters with Asymmetric Amine Substituents. |
초록 | In this study, we designed and synthesizedthe new two organic light emitting diode (OLED) materials which called multi-resonancetype thermally activated delayed fluorescence (MR-TADF) for using blue emitterin EML. The reference material DABNA which had triphenylboron with symmetricshape by N atoms caused aggregation by planer form. We introduced asymmetricstructure with other amine substituents to make steric hinderance from DABNA.As a result, all two materials obtained a photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY)of 90%, one of them obtained PLQY 98%. Also, PL and EL datas showed the only 2nm or not different a full width athalf maximum (FWHM). The device of 3% doped material 2 showed a maximumexternal quantum efficiency of 25.1%, a FWHM of 33 nm, and a color coordinateof (0.104, 0.273). |
