제목 Protein Corona Shield Particles for passive and active targeting
초록 The drug delivery system using the novel designed platform has been promising as a system that can deliver cargo very efficiently to its destination. However, there still remains a challenge that external proteins stick to the specially designed platforms and interfere with the various interactions of the platform surfaces in the biological environment has emerged as a critical issue in that it reduces the stealth effect and targeting ability of the designed drug carrier. For these reason protein absorption called protein corona is generally considered as a phenomenon to be avoided. We have artificially modified the protein corona on the nanoparticle using a recombinant protein, a very stable protein with its own target ability, and is able to make protein corona shield (PCS) nanoparticle were synthesized. The prepared protein has both a portion targeting a specific cell and a portion capable of producing a protein shield corona (PCS) through nanoparticle.
