Analytical Design of Multi-loop PI Controllers Based on the Direct Synthesis for Multi-delay Processes |
초록 |
An analytical design method for multi-loop PI controllers based on direct synthesis approach is presented in this paper. The proposed multi-loop PI controller is derived from multivariable control system which contains significant time delays by minimum interactions existing between the control loops. By using the existing desired closed-loop transfer functions that make for the process models with multi-delay, including the first-order and second-order plus dead time models, the proposed PI controller can be obtained by Maclaurin approximations for converting the controller to standard form of multi-loop PI controller. The proposed control system is aim to the fast loop responses with minimum integral absolute error (IAE) while the loop interactions taking into account. The illustrative simulation demonstrates that the proposed controller is very effective to implement in multi-input, multi-output (MIMO) control systems. |
