제목 Pen-Printed Semiconductor/Dielectric Polymer Blend for Organic Field-Effect Transistors for Improving Device Stability
초록 Recently, development of printing technology capable of solution process has been actively carried out to produce OFETs, displays, and sensors at low cost and large area. Our team first developed pen printing, a precise patterning technique for solution processes, enabling the development of efficient flexible OFETs. In this study, we fabricated the OFET arrays with vertical phase separation layer of insulator/semiconductor polymer materials by applying pen printing technology. The blended commercial polymer material PS migrates to the upper layer and performs the surface encapsulation. The fabricated devices exhibited superior operational stability over severe solvent vapor conditions compared with the previously reported devices. This study is expected to contribute to the development of low cost organic electronics which is stable against the chemicals in the atmosphere and prevents deterioration of the device performance due to the solvent generated during the solution process.
