제목 Anti-reflection film on polymer substrates by a sol-gel method
초록 Anti-reflection(AR) films are widely used for various display devices such as CRT, LCD, and a plasma display. In an industrial point of view, one of the main issues is to reduce the production cost of high quality AR film. With simple dipping method, AR film was fabricated using 3-layered structure: First layer included the high refractive index titania nano sol, second layer used the medium refractive index with TiO2 precursor , third layer contained low refractive index silica with crosslinking agent. Many parameters such as monomer/couling agent ratio, hydrolysis time, dipping speed etc were studied to improve the mechanical strength and surface properties of AR film. With this dipping method, AR film was prepared to have transmission level above 98% and 3H pencil hardness.
