Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) has been interested as the electrode for printed electronics, such as OLED, OPV, antistatic coating, and so on. To apply these applications, PEDOT:PSS has several suitable properties, high transmittance in the visible range, high conductivity and flexibility. Despite these advantages, PEDOT:PSS still has some problems, which are the poor water resistance, the deterioration by humidity and the fomentation of degradation to neighbour organic layer. So, many researchers suggested the substances that can improve PEDOT for these chemical vulnerabilities. In this talk, I would like review the soluble hole injection materials and introduce the crosslinkable PEDOTs to copolymerize through double bonds and their composites to improve hole injection properties for OLEDs. |
