제목 Development of organic peroxide curing agent for MMA type resin
초록 Peroxide bond of organic peroxides have lower energy than other bond energy, and that are easily decomposed to the free radicals due to the heat or light or Reducing agents. This highly reactive free radicals are used as an industrial raw material of plastic and rubber molded synthetic resin, synthetic rubber of the vinyl chloride resin, polystyrene, polyethylene, acrylic resin, etc. If the free radicals are used as a curing agent, that can be used as a curing agent of MMA-based thermosetting resin of boats, bathrooms, septic tanks, artificial marble, and etc. Therefore, in this study the organic peroxides curing agent are developed for applied to MMA type resin by using tert-butyl alcohol. tert-Butyl hydroperoxide was synthesized from the tert-butyl alcohol as a starting material by adjusting the various parameters, and tert-butyl maleate of a curing agent for the scagliola was synthesized from the TBHP as a raw material.
