| 제목 | Tri-functional hybrid nanoprobes with multi-layered structure for bio-applications |
| 초록 | We synthesized a magnetic-SERS-fluorescence nanoprobes (MF-SERS particles) consisted with silver nanoparticle cluster, Fe3O4 NPs, and fluorescent-active silica shell. MF-SERS particles were conjugated with CD44 antibody targeting MDA-MB-231 cell. MF-SERS particles uptake by breast cancer cells successfully separated them under the external magnetic field. The process of attraction and separation of cells were monitored by SERS and fluorescent mapping analysis. |
